Though every consulting engagement will be different, you can expect every engagement to follow a certain pattern:
Goals/Constraints |
In this phase, we spend time with the decision makers in your company, to discover what their short- and long-term goals and constraints are. This phase is the most vital. This is the only way to make sure that our analysis is answering the right questions.
Some example issues to resolve: Are your goals long-term profitability, or short-term cash flow? Something else? What are your restrictions in terms of the number of projects you can pursue at once? |
Questions |
In this phase, we spend time with the experts in your company, translating their expertise into precise measures of how the “inputs” on each project can vary. We then use this information in the next phase … |
Analysis |
This is where we transform the inputs into actionable information that you can you use to enhance your decision making. |
Presentation/Handover |
Finally, we present our results, and turnover all data to you. We believe that both are important. No matter how good a written report is, it can’t capture all nuance: A live presentation is key for that. In addition, we turn over all raw data and analysis products. |
